All prices are inclusive of rental gear, equipment, taxes and processing fees.

JOSHUA TREE RATES


I can happily accommodate groups larger than 5 people. For groups of 6 people or more, a second guide will be added. Please contact Nate for pricing details and availability.

Cancellation Policy

Payment in full will be due upon confirmation of booking. I understand that things come up in life and plans change. In an effort to be fair and also ensure that the business can continue to operate, the following cancellation policy applies.

For JOSHUA TREE Guided Climbing and Instructional Bookings:

From the time of booking up until 14 days prior to your trip, a full credit or refund can be issued.

Between 14 days - 24 hours of your trip, a full credit or 50% refund can be issued.

Within 24 hours of your trip, no credit or refund can be issued.

For RED ROCK Bookings and SPI Programs:

From the time of booking up until 30 days prior to your trip, a full credit or refund can be issued.

Between 30 - 7 days of your trip, a full credit or 50% refund can be issued.

Within 7 days of your trip, no credit or refund can be issued.

Note about Red Rock credits: Trip credits will be applied to a future date availability in Red Rock if HDG can acquire a lottery permit for the desired reschedule date. If no Red Rock dates are available for the desired reschedule, the credit will be applied to a trip in Joshua Tree.

Note about all credits and refunds: Trip credit can be used up to 2 years from the original trip date. Maximum of one reschedule allowed if credit is taken within 14 days of Joshua Tree bookings (excluding SPI bookings) or within 30 days of SPI or Red Rock bookings. A 3% processing fee will be kept for all refunds.

While it does occasionally rain (and even snow!) in Joshua Tree National Park, it is very rare that unpleasant conditions persist all day and/or are unsafe for climbing. On weather days, I will do my best find the most sheltered climbing areas that will keep us enjoying the day! In the extremely rare circumstance that climbing is truly inadvisable due to inclement weather, I will work with you to find a solution that you are completely satisfied with, which may include a full or pro-rated refund or full credit.
